Satisfaction Guaranteed

In Home Answers offers an unconditional, 100% satisfaction guarantee on all service and products.  If you are not satisfied with service provided, you can contact us within seven (7) days for a full refund.  Products still in original condition can be returned with an original receipt for a full refund to the original form of payment within fourteen (14) days.  Open or used products can be returned with a receipt within fourteen (14) days for a refund of 85% of their original price to the original form of payment. The Travel Surcharge is nonrefundable.

Travel Surcharge

All on-site work completed outside the normal service area (Salt Lake and Davis counties) is subject to a travel surcharge of 60¢ per mile over 25 miles, measuring the shortest driving distance between the work site and intersection of State Street and South Temple in Salt Lake City.  (Approximate travel surcharge for Ogden: $7, Logan $33, Park City $6, American Fork: $4, Provo $13) The Travel Surcharge is nonrefundable.

Bundle Discount

If we are already at your home for any service, including a free pickup or delivery, or for any other reason, we will preform any additional service while we’re there at a 20% discount. Can not be combined with other discounts, coupons, sales, or promotions.

Payments

All payments are due within fifteen (15) days of the time work is completed.  After thirty (30) days, a late fee of $20.00 is added to the invoice, with an additional $5.00 late fee for each additional month without payment.

In Home Answers is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to amazon.com, endless.com, smallparts.com and myhabit.com

Hourly Service Rate

The following rates apply to work that falls outside our standard service defined elsewhere on the site. All work preformed onsite by In Home Answers is subject to a Travel surcharge for locations outside the normal service area (Salt Lake and Davis counties).

In home training: $9 + $29 /hour

In home consultation: $59 /hour

In home setup/troubleshooting: $19 + $19 /hour

On the phone or online chat: $9 per call + $19 /hour
